Integracja łańcucha dostaw w branży automotive

As of 5th June 2017 our client went live with a dedicated Dealer Facing System (DFS) solution supporting spare parts management across the US market. Dealers were given an ability to place and handle all orders through the new solution, including discrepancies, buybacks and recalls.

The new solution based on ERP<>CRM<>SCM contains functions to supports a dealer in the following areas:
– An alerts page showing dashboard of open backorders, discrepancies
– Inquiring on parts to find out availability, pricing, supersessions
– Placing quotations and following up on historic quotations
– Placing orders and following up on historic orders
– Reporting deviations/discrepancies on deliveries made by warehouse
– Working with buybacks and recalls
– Retrieving copies of billing documents (invoices, credit notes

When the peak season ends, in the beginning of November ’17, the ramp-up phase will take place for approximately to further 1.500 dealers.

Our experts will support further deployments being responsible for the technical aspects of the end-to-end process integration.
